RULE 1. HOW TO PLAY

Look inside specially marked packages of Fruit Gushers, Fruit Roll-Ups, Fruit by the Foot and Stickerz fruit flavored snacks for a prize. If you are a winner, you will find a special cash card glued to the inside of the package. If there is no cash card and you find a “Try Again” message, you are not a winner. All cash cards are subject to verification and are void if altered, illegible, copied, tampered with, or if not obtained through legitimate channels. To redeem a winning cash card, see rule 4. RULE 2. ENTRY WITHOUT PURCHASE For free chance to win, hand print your name, address and zip code on a 3"x5" piece of paper (mechanical reproductions void) and send to Gimme $5 Giveaway, P.O. Box 72999, Rockford, MN 55572. Limit one request per outer envelope received by April 30, 2010. Only winners will be notified by May 30, 2010.

RULE 3. PRIZES

FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (500,000) PRIZES: Each prize is one (1) $5.00 cash card. Retail value of each prize is $5.00. Odds of winning a first prize are approximately one in fifty six (1 in 56).

Any taxes are responsibility of winner. Cash cards are issued by Palm Desert National Bank, member FDIC. Cash card subject to separate terms and conditions from card provider (Palm Desert National Bank) available at www.FruitSnacksCash.com. No transfers or substitution of prizes by winners permitted. Total combined value of all prizes is approximately $2,500,000.

RULE 4. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE: Carefully remove the winning cash card from the package and follow the instructions on the card and printed inside the package to activate and use your card. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of the cash card.

RULE 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, you agree to these rules and the judges’ decisions, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. General Mills (which includes its affiliates and each of their agents, officers, employees, licensees and all parties associated with this sweepstakes) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable for any reason. General Mills is not responsible for lost, destroyed, delayed, incomplete, illegible or misdirected materials. General Mills may modify or rescind this sweepstakes without liability in the event of printing or production errors. By accepting prize, winner releases General Mills of all liability. As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, you agree that: (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes; and (2) you waive all rights to claim any other damages, including punitive, incidental and consequential damages and attorneys' fees. RULE 6. ELIGIBILITY

You must be a legal resident of the U.S. to be eligible to win.
